1.2 Location Data (Core Feature)

Our App is designed to help you discover people and venues nearby. We collect your geolocation data:

  • When Active: To show you nearby matches and enable venue check-ins.
  • Background (Optional): If permitted, to notify you when interesting matches are nearby even when the app is closed.

1.3 Device & Usage Data

We automatically collect information about your device (IP address, device ID, OS version) and how you use the App (logs, taps, purchase history) to improve our services and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Facilitate connections with other users based on location and preferences.
  • Process payments and subscriptions via Apple App Store (RevenueCat).
  • Send push notifications regarding matches and messages.
  • Monitor and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and security threats.

We strictly do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following situations:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors (e.g., Google Cloud, Firebase, RevenueCat) who perform services for us.

4. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have full control over your data. Under GDPR and CCPA regulations:

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App:

Settings > Account > Delete Account

Once confirmed, your profile, photos, matches, and chats are permanently removed from our active database immediately.

4.2 Revoke Permissions

You can revoke access to your location, camera, or notifications at any time via your mobile device settings.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
